By submitting your business or personal details on CAC Registrations (cacregistrations.com), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

CAC Registrations is an independent professional consultancy and accredited filing facilitation service. We assist Nigerian entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations in preparing statutory documents, conducting name searches, submitting filings, and retrieving approved certificates and status reports from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA 2020).

3. Accuracy of User Information

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information regarding proposed business names, personal identification, and residential addresses. CAC Registrations is not liable for queries, rejections, or delays resulting from inaccurate data, altered identification documents, or prohibited name submissions provided by the applicant.

4. Regulatory Approval & Turnaround Times

While our team processes and submits applications promptly (typically within 24 to 48 hours for business names), final approval and certificate issuance are within the sole discretion and operating timeline of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Downtime, server maintenance, or policy changes on official government portals may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

5. Name Availability & Name Reservation

Submission of a proposed business name does not guarantee approval. If both submitted names are unavailable or flagged by CAC due to pre-existing registrations or trademark conflicts, our accredited agents will contact you directly to submit alternative names at no additional filing penalty.

6. Communication & Support

Upon form submission, our accredited agents communicate directly with you via WhatsApp, email, or telephone to confirm document verification, share CAC status updates, and deliver electronic PDF certificates upon approval.
